Temotu Football Association does not want their youths to miss out in the competition so they traveled to the capital early this week.
With the irregular shipping service to the province, TFA moved swiftly by ensuring their teams traveled to Honiara on a first-available transport.
The contingent, which comprises of 22 males and 15 females, arrived on Tuesday accompanied by eight officials. TFA spokesman, Luke Gitakulu, confirmed their arrival and said that their immediate problem was accommodation.
It is understood that the teams have settled in and are looking forward to raising their provincial flag in the Telekom Cup competition in a fortnight's time.
Meanwhile, other provincial FAs are urged to speed up their selections and send in names of their 22 players to the SIFF Management Office as soon as available.
