In the past week, citizens were not able to make the following calls:
Landline calls to and from Gizo, Noro & Munda, Landline calls to and from international, Landline calls to and from mobile, Internet dials up access 148 & 149 and Code 123.
However, Our Telekom has now rectified the issue stating that the problem was with the hardware cards from Huawei technology in China.

Solomon Islands only Telecommunication Company "Our Telekom" has rectified the technical problems to its Fixed NGN network system.
