It issued the reminder because of the slow response from teams and urges that registration be completed immediately.

Boso said it is likely for the deadline to extend if less number of teams are registered.

The committee would like all registered teams to secure a sponsor or a financial backup for the team. Furthermore, teams must also have new playing strips.

Meanwhile, players who are members of the Bilikiki beach soccer team are urged to make their own arrangements as to which team they would play for.

"All Bilikiki players should make their own arrangements as to whoever they want to play for but we hope they are evenly distributed and heading each team," Boso said.
