The course to be conducted in Auckland New Zealand during October and November 2008 is an advanced course for coaches who are currently actively working in talented and elite women's football programs.
Member Association's were invited to nominate coaches who meet the course criteria and send only those who would be able to directly coach talented and elite female football players on a regular basis.
Ms Justus and other participants will be required to partake in practical sessions throughout the course at an appropriate level - those who are unable to do so are required to declare any medical reasons in writing to the FIFA Development Office prior to the course on their arrival in Auckland.
All participants were also advised to prepare themselves in a physical sense, particularly if they are not actively playing or coaching immediately prior to the course.
It was further advised that part of the course syllabus will include the participant presenting practical and theory sessions on an identified topic that will be subject to assessment and feedback.
