Mr Iduri described the talks as "successful in that it has created a bridge by which both provinces can transcend from the terrible past into a better and brighter future."
He said the two provinces have been able to establish trust and common understanding to take lead in working towards eventual reconciliation.
Mr Sam Iduri also stated that the manner in which the delegates held discussions during interactive sessions gave the assurance that both parties want reconciliation for their people and province.
The minister says a way forward for eventual reconciliation had been established because of the understanding shown by the two provinces.
