The swearing-in of new ministers was to have taken place at 10am at Government House.
This, however, has been delayed until later this afternoon.
Prime Minister Sikua has consulted the Governor General on the matter.
Meanwhile, the new Prime Minister has announced that Parliament will meet Monday 24th December to deliberate on a resolution for expenditure.
The resolution will allow government to expend public funds for the first 90 days of 2008 until a supplementary appropriation is ready.

Newly elected Prime Minister, Dr. Derek Sikua, will announce a new Cabinet line-up later today.
