The infant's body was found wrapped in a plastic bag in a drain at Green Valley area, Friday last week.

Forensics officers and the Sexual Assault Team attended the incident and are treating the matter as suspicious

A Post-Mortem was conducted by a doctor yesterday afternoon at the National Referral Hospital.

Initial investigations have led police to believe that the suspect may be a student who has since returned to her home island.

Police are concerned about the girl's health and well-being and have urged her to seek medical attention.
