The agreement will directly allow Daltron to provide internet (ADSL, WiFi and Wireless Broadband) customer support from the demarcation point into the customer's premises.
This partnership agreement will ensure that post pay Internet customers experience higher levels of support from the combined resources of Daltron and Telekom.
Regional Manager of Daltron, Ms Jordan Quinn-Chambers says "having a strategic partnership with Solomon Telekom has immediate benefits for our customers as we can work directly with Telekom to quickly establish and troubleshoot both network and non network related issues to reduce downtime and improve productivity to our customers."
Chief Executive of Solomon Telekom Mr. Martyn Robinson says "this support agreement will ensure that customers receive much better Internet service.
