The former General Manager for Solomon Islands National Provident Fund (SINPF), Tony Makabo, has been appointed as new director for Solomon Telekom Company Ltd.
Mr. Makabo replaces Mrs. Jane Tozaka who has previously resigned from the post.
In other news, Our Telekom remains majority owned by Solomon Islanders trough the SINPF and International Corporation of Solomon Islands (ICSI).
The present shareholding is 64.7% (SINPF), 32.6% (Cable&Wireless) and 2.7% ICSI.
