The person accused of killing Mr Constantine, had worked as a driver with the company and was dismissed around mid 2004.

The Crown had alleged that his sacking led to the killing of Late Constantine. The body of the Late Constantine was discovered on the ground inside the premises the next morning with two fatal stab wounds. It was the Crown's case that the deceased Mr Constantine was murdered at his Sullivan's business premises on the evening of October 12th 2004.

The Court had heard that three other employees were dismissed around the same time as the accused because of their alleged involvement in theft.

After considering evidence tendered in court by the prosecution along with witness statements the judge gave a no guilty verdict saying there was no crown evidence capable of linking the accused to the killing. The defence then submitted that the accused charged with murder had no case to answer.
