Australia's ABC Online reports that Mr. Moti, who is facing seven counts of indecent acts with a child under 16, is expected to be released today from the Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre, west of Brisbane.
This comes after he successfully varied his bail conditions this morning.
ABC Online reports that Brisbane Magistrate Jacqui Payne ordered Mr. Moti's release last week on a bail surety of $100,000.
It reported that Mr. Moti's Uncle, James Sarju, however failed to pay the money.
This morning Mr. Moti successfully applied to the court to allow his sister Jessie Rosalie Mitchell to post the surety, ABC Online reports.
Moti is due back in court next month for a committal mention.

The former Solomon Islands Attorney-General, Julian Moti, who has been successfully bailed, is set for release.
