Noreo Beangke, the Chairman of BSP, made the announcement yesterday stating Mr Corcoran has what it takes to take BSP forward. Mr Beangke also praised Mr Goodwin stating that he "managed the bank well, amidst strong competition from world class banks such as ANZ and Westpac".
Mr Beangke also announced that BSP will be contributing SBD$100,000 towards victims of the tsunami disaster in Western and Choiseul Province. Mr Beangke stated that at least SBD$25,000 is from the staff of BSP.
Mark Corcoran heads Bank of South Pacific
Mark Corcoran is the new general manager of the Bank of South Pacific (BSP). Mr. Corcoran replaces Peter Goodwin, the former manager of the Bank , prior to its acquisition.
