The review is provided for under the Amnesty Act and Constitution Amendment Act.
Hon. Lusibaea has also sued the Director of Public Prosecutions claiming that the laying of his criminal charges,his prosecution and subsequent imprisonment was a breach of the 2000 Amnesty Act Provisions and the 2001 Constitution Amendment Act.
An earlier application for Lusiabaea to be released on bail pending his appeal case was refused by the High Court in December last year.
Mr Lusibaea was however released by the Parole Board Committee last month after serving only 41 days in prison for unlawful wounding and assault charges relating to the ethnic crisis in 2000.

A Judicial review of the criminal charges against the North Malaita Member of Parliament, Hon. Jimmy Lusibaea will be presented before the High Court this Wednesday.
