The former Opposition MP was sworn-in soon after his arrival from a vessel-purchasing trip to Korea yesterday.
Mr Boyers replaced the MP for Rendova/Tetepare, Mr Francis Zama, who opted to take up the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development portfolio.
