Dr Sikua was commenting on the $1.9 million dollars allocation for Constitutional Reform in the 2009 Supplementary Appropriation Bill 2009.
He said tabling of the Draft Federal Constitution in Parliament will depend on the amount of work that will take in the drafting.
Dr Sikua said the best the government can do is have the Draft Federal Constitution ready and let the new government table it in Parliament.
