GG Appoints Cohen as Acting Auditor General
The Governor General His Excellency Sir Frank Kabui has formally appointed Mr Robert Cohen as Acting Auditor General today.

Mr. Cohen was duly appointed by the Governor General as the Acting Auditor General by virtue of section 108(2) of the Constitution following an advice given to him by the Public Service Commission on recommendation for the appointment
Mr. Cohen was also sworn in this morning. He will be the Acting Auditor General until such time when the substantive Auditor General is duly appointed.
Mr. Cohen has been the Deputy Auditor General prior to being appointed as Acting Auditor General.
Mr Cohen replaces former Auditor General Edward Ronia who resigned last month.
