Finance and Treasury Minister Snyder Rini made the comment when he tabled the bill in it's second reading in parliament yesterday.
Mr Rini says the government is seeking parliament's approval for the supplementary so that all government policies, programs and commitments can be delivered.
The Finance minister says the main focus of the package is a number of expenditure control measures, aimed at addressing a projected shortfall in the budget in the current financial year.
