The statement for government business this week ending Friday 7th August says debate on the bill will start on Wednesday and should go on through to Thursday.
Friday 7th August, is Private Members Motions' day .
Meanwhile, the National Parliament's Provisional Order Paper for tomorrow, the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee Francis Zama is expected to table the Report of the Public Accounts Committee on the 2009 Supplementary Appropriation Bill 2009.

Parliament is expected to table the 2009 Supplementary Appropriation Bill 2009 in it's second reading this week starting today.
