What a good idea! I have done research and this is the first time anyone in the Pacific Region, including Australia has done this. I know that some friends of mine reported matters to the police ad nothing looked like it was happening yet the same people now say that perhaps the justice system DOES work because these offenders havent been forgotten. I would think that more people will turn up to court from now on.
