A University and half truths
The most practical approach to setting up a university is to turn SICHE into one.
The recent comments by Mathew Wale and Danny Phillip regarding the Malaita-university proposal are a perfect case of half truths which Solomon Islanders should not believe anymore.
Actually, the proposal which Malaitans could easily believe would be to re-establish NATI.
