The real Discoverers in our Islands were our ancestors, the Indigenous people of our Islands. They were the first to discover and settle in our Islands. We should teach their history in our Schools. We should their determination and navigation skills. They were the real Discovers. People like Mendana & Captain Cooks did not discover our Islands because there were already people in our Islands when they invaded.
