Dear Editor, There is no justice if we do not investigate who are the people responsible for misappropriating $4,000,000 of tax payers money. No amount of seminars or good governance talks would answer these sort of stealing. I think its time for the Police and Finance Experts to investigate and root out these people from places of trust such as the Public Service. Its a disease crippling our nation for a long, long while. Its time we face up.
