I may be ignorant but why only quashed the $50,000 which is peanut compared to the other bogus entitlements, for e.g ex-gratia payment, and the very fact that entitlements were given huge increases, some over 100 per cent increase. Captain this is not good enough. The government wants to save its face and cleverly only dealt with the spouse entitlement and the rest only the devil knows.
